| DESCRIPTION: The BR-260 is a flatpicker's delight. This guitar is part of Blueridge's Pre-War series modeled after the highly sought after American guitars made before World War II. Crafted with a select solid spruce top hand-carved X-bracing choice, solid mahogany back and sides, ebony fingerboard, ebony bridge and a traditional dovetail neck joint for pure Golden Era tone. The BR-260 is simply appointed with 18-style binding and inlay work along with a pearl inlay on the headstock and aged finish. Pick up this booming dreadnought and start picking some bluegrass. The Brazilian rosewood gives a unique complexity in tones you generally get for far a lot more. I fully understand that going with 2 grands for a Chinese made guitar is quite a challenge, but when you know you would talk 5 grands or more for such a wood combination, id doesn't hurt to stop at the store and gives it a try!
