Our products are covered under manufacturer warranty. If you were to experience any problem, please contact us or bring the product back to the store for a quick control. Sometimes a minor correction can bring everything back on track.

How to proceed ?

Please refer to our sales conditions for returns. We have a 30-day return policy for damaged items. In case of malfunction falling under manufacturer’s warranty coverage after the 30-day period, we will handle the warranty on your behalf.

Just bring back your item to the store and we will take care of it directly with our manufacturer, sparing you the hassle to send it back and follow up with their warranty center. We’ll also try to find an acceptable solution to make such experience as painless as possible.

In many cases, shipping is under customer responsibility. Going through us and paying our published price, you will not have to care for it: just bring your instrument back to our store and we will take care of the rest.

Instrument customization and repairs

Please refer to the manufacturer’s warranty conditions prior to ask for repair or customization. Please note that such operations often void the warranty. If you have any doubt, please ask us and we will investigate and validate with the manufacturer prior to performing work.


Many warranty terms exclude damages generated by insufficient care, including in particular changes due to climate. Please ask our repair team for proper advice to avoid such damages.
