Serial # 75187 Top is made of Solid Sitka Spruce (natural High Gloss Finish). Back and sides are made of solid Indian Rosewood. Even if it was called the Bluegrass special, that Guild will be the perfect songwriter gear. She plays loud and clear. As usual with those older Guilds, the craftsmanship is unbelievable.
That guitar was made in the Guild Westerly workshop, Rhode Island, 1972 . She’ has all dings and scratches you can expect of a guitar that has been played, but she shows no structural issues. You won’t plan any neck reset or refret before a while.
