And we work the Brick and Mortar way: you will be charged only when your order is processed. We try to make sure everything showing online is in stock. If we were out of stock on an item (we may sell in store at the same time) , we'll let you know and give you an estimated delivery date as well as a 10% discount for the inconvenience. If the discount is not enough or the delivery is taking too long, we'll get the order cancelled and you won't be charged a dime.
Return policy
For online sales only:
No hassle 7 day return from the day you receive the item: whatever the reason, we propose a refund if you decide to return the item you bought.
All shipping fees will be paid by customer.
Instruments trade back: at any time you can return your item for a trade back ; the value of the initial purchase will be deducted of any purchase of an instrument of a 25% greater value or $200 greater value, whatever the higher.
Shipping policy
All items shipped UPS Ground within three business days following full payment. We ship only in continental US. Please contact us for shipping outside the US or Alaska/Hawai and US territories, and/or for expedite shipping. We'll give you a quote and send you a payment request through Google checkout or Paypal.
