 Product Description

Godin Session-T  custom 59 Coral with Deluxe Bag - Used 2015

This is a guitar with tonal versatility that's right at home playing a multitude of styles of music. From alternative-rock, blues to country, the Session Custom 59 is packed full of features and is ready to take center stage.

It features a Canadian basswood body, rock maple neck with maple or rosewood fingerboard, the Godin High-Definition Revoicer and the Godin Tru-Loc Tremolo system which allows players to regulate their own trem arm placement into a personal Custom Comfort Zone. The Session Custom 59 features a Seymour Duncan 59’ Humbucker in the neck and the sweet & spicy Godin 'Custom Cajun' single-coil pickup in the bridge for added vintage punch & bite.  All of which are housed in a classic single cutaway body design with 5-ply pearloid & tortoise shell pickguards and controlled via a 5-way switch, 1x volume and 1x tone knob.

H.D.R. High-Definition Revoicer
The H.D.R. revoices and augments the frequency range of each pickup and allows the player to go from passive to active pickups with the simple push of a button.

The H.D.R. provides extra bite, dynamic response and redefines the character of each pickup. It’s like having 2 sets of pickups in 1 guitar for 5 pure passive tones + 5 pure active tones.

The obligations of COLE CLARK are limited to repair or replacement of parts of the guitar found to be defective under this warranty. In no event shall COLE CLARK be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including but not limited to time, wages, or lost business or profits of any nature or kind or for damages to or loss of property, or damages resulting from use or performance of the guitar.

This warranty is the sole warranty of COLE CLARK. There are no other warranties, express or implied, including any implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for purpose. This warranty shall be controlling over any conflicting terms and conditions of any purchase orders, contracts or invoices which may be executed in connection with the purchase of the COLE CLARK guitar. No representation or warranty made by any COLE CLARK salesperson, dealer, agent, representative or employee shall be binding upon COLE CLARK other than as set forth herein.

THIS WARRANTY DOES NOT COVER OR APPLY TO:

Any guitar on which the serial number has been removed or altered.

Any guitar not purchased from an authorized dealer, or upon which unauthorized repair or service work has been carried out, and defects asserted by any purchaser who did not purchase the guitar from an authorized COLE CLARK retailer in the United States of America or Canada or guitars owned by non-U.S. or non-Canadian residents.

Shipping or impact damage of any kind.

Normal "wear and tear", including but not limited to any discoloration, fading or damage to the original finish, or worn or broken frets, strings, tuners, hardware and plating.

Defects involving subjective personal likes or judgments and any subjective issues such as "tone".

Any guitar that has been subjected to extremes of humidity and temperature and defects caused by accident or exposure to extremes of temperature or humidity that cause harm to the guitars.

CARE, MAINTENANCE AND STORAGE

By following these instructions and the instructions on the COLE CLARK website, you will protect your guitar. This information is available at: www.coleclarkguitars.com/fag.asp ‘Care and Maintenance’

COLE CLARK does not recommend the use of silicon based wood polish on the guitar’s finish. The guitar’s finish is thin nitrocellulose which enhances the guitar’s acoustic performance. To clean use sparing amounts of water on a warm soft cloth. Use a small amount of mild soap if necessary.

COLE CLARK recognizes that the standard set-up of the guitar’s action may not suit the personal preferences of all players. COLE CLARK advises that modifications to personal tastes, preferences or playing styles is the responsibility of the purchaser and that action adjustment should be carried out be by those experienced and authorised to do so and such adjustment may limit the application of the warranty provided for herein.

The ‘M3 cap screws’ on either side of the saddle secure the pickup/piezo set. These caps screws do not adjust the saddle height/action. Do not alter or adjust these screws. Doing so will limit the application of the warranty provided for herein.

Generally, the guitar is best stored in the room in which you are comfortable.

Your guitar is constructed from solid wood. Solid wood will absorb moisture in wet climates and release moisture in dry climates. If you live in a desert, high mountain, or cold winter region, you will experience dry weather from time to time that may crack or split your guitar. Prolonged exposure to high temperatures may have a similar effect. This damage can be prevented by using a humidifier or de-humidifier as necessary. If you are unsure about humidity, please contact our Service Department for a more detailed explanation. Strong hot direct sunlight may also be damaging to the guitar and will ‘yellow’ or oxidise the wood timber. If the guitar’s finish is exposed to perspiration where ‘aluminium based’ deodorants are used, some colour contamination may occur in the form of ‘blackening’ or ‘greying’.

Excessive humidity may cause some bulging of the back and soundboard: A higher action may result. A return to normal conditions generally results in the normalizing of the instrument’s action, soundboard and back. Exposure to prolonged periods of excessive humidity is not covered by your warranty.

Avoid prolonged exposure to low humidity; 50 percent relative humidity is optimal. Use a humidifier during periods of low humidity. Cracking or splitting due to low humidity is not covered by your warranty.

CLAIM PROCEDURES

Claims for warranty performance and service shall be made by sending or delivering the guitar, shipping and insurance prepaid by the purchaser to an authorized COLE CLARK dealer or authorized COLE CLARK warranty repair center together with (a) evidence confirming the original purchase by purchaser (such as a copy of the sales invoice, receipt, or credit card slip); (b) a brief description of the nature of the asserted defect; and (c) the name, address and phone number of the original purchaser to whom the guitar is to be returned. The authorized COLE CLARK dealer or authorized COLE CLARK warranty repair center shall review the description of the asserted defect, examine the guitar, and make service, repairs and replacements as appropriate under this warranty. Upon completion of the service, the guitar shall be returned to the original purchaser, shipping and insurance to be paid by the purchaser. In the event it is determined that the asserted defect is not covered by or is excluded from this warranty, the guitar shall be returned without repairs or replacement, shipping and insurance to be paid by the purchaser.
