That Uke is part of one of our customer's private collection and is on consignment here. It has been challenged many time to be a style 2 (no cream binding) but my customer can certified it's actually one! All solid Mahogany, black/cream/tortoise binding.
Very minimal crack at the hedge of the lower bout. That crack has been fixed and there is no structural issue with that uke. There are very minor scratches and dents. - This uke has just small cracks (see pictures) but no structural damage - plays really great, and loud!
Tuning keys are original. Ebony nut and saddle. Mahogany bridge. One piece mahogany neck, rosewood fretboard. Sticker on the back of the headstock (Bergstrom, Honolulu). You have a nice piece of history here with a continental made uke originally sold in Hawaii!
13 11/16" scale, 21" body length.
Comes with a vintage but non original case.
